This is what I did - I found a lime green leotard at a dance studio, then bought some white toole and dyed some of it lime green and left some of it white. I fashioned it after the picture on the website below - Good Luck!

try going to a fabric store ... like where i live there is a Joann's fabrics , or even try wal-mart for patterns and get some cute accessories from like Claire's or somewhere. also get some cute silver high heels ( it would look really good i saw this costume in a store and the shoes REALLY work!)
