what are some key parts to peter pan? i'm going to be tinkerbell and i'm trying to figure out how to make a Peter Pan Costume. any ideas how to make it or buy stuff for it?
Oh i did this 2 years ago and out of 24 people in the class I got 4th, which i think is pretty good, because i only had 5 weeks to make my costume and everything.
You are going to need a hat with a feather in it, and a knife(fake of course) on the horses side. I also had a pouch of "gold" coins next to his knife. on my horses hooves i had some peter pan slippers That i could just slid over his feet, and i made a horse blanket out of some green velvet material from a horse blanket pattern.
Make sure if you do make the body piece, (blanket) that's it tight fitting.
I got fourth because the 1st team was cop and cop car, which was made very well
2nd a littler girl was a princess and her horse was a castle. (the judges love littler girls that are princesses, IDK why though)
and 3rd was cat and mouse, which again was really well made.
Mine was well made too but i still came in 4th out of 24 , that's still good. Good luck and i hope you have time to put into the costume.

Green hat red feather. Maybe get crayola washable paint and make his fetlocks down green like boots.
